Vote of confidence in TfSE following government funding for 2025/26

Transport for the South East (TfSE) will continue to make the case for improved transport infrastructure and sustainable travel options in the South East following a £2.1m funding settlement from the government for 2025/26.

Improving conditions for HGV drivers

The UK is suffering a shortage of HGV drivers. It is well publicised one of the reasons behind these shortages, is the poor conditions drivers face when it comes to roadside facilities. This week, Roads Minister Richard Holden has announced an additional £100 million of funding to improve roadside facilities. This is in addition to
