Meet the Board

The Partnership Board is our principal decision-making body. It is made up of a mix of democratically elected representatives from local authorities in the South East as well representatives from business groups, protected landscapes and national delivery partners.

Chair: Cllr Simon Curry

Simon has been a Medway Councillor since 2019 and is responsible for the Climate Change and Strategic Regeneration portfolio. This covers all areas to do with planning, regeneration and delivery of the climate change agenda. Simon has a background in ecology and environmental management.

Deputy Chair: Cllr Peter Candlish

Peter has been a Portsmouth City Councillor since 2023 and is the Cabinet Member for Transport.
